  • Must have at least 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload Internet speeds for smaller businesses. For larger businesses this will need to be higher to allow for prompt service, stable antivirus downloads, data backups, system updates, etc.

  • Must have at least Windows XP or newer computer systems. (Windows XP end of life was April, 8 2014, if you have these systems in place you need to upgrade for security purposes)
