We have been a Lenovo partner for a number of years due to the commitment to quality they provide in their products. Lenovo, like us, stands behind anything they produce. Unlike many of the hardware companies out there today Lenovo is willing to go the extra mile if necessary to make sure hardware problems with computers and servers they produced are corrected very fast.

 

We have had hardware from every provider you can think of fail, its just something that happens in this type of industry. What we have not had though is hardware providers like Lenovo stepping up to the plate to cover problems with their hardware quite like Lenovo does. Usually hardware problems when found are remedied the next day onsite by Lenovo! Now that's a commitment to quality!
